***What types of payments do you accept and how do I pay?

I currently only accept payments through PayPal. You may pay by any method accepted by PayPal, such as credit cards, money transfer etc.
I will accept personal checks, however, your check must clear through my bank before I will begin your portrait. There will be an additional charge of $30.00 for any check returned
"insufficient funds."

Once I receive the $30.00 and a different form of payment for the portrait, I will begin your portrait. I will not accept any check payment more than once.

***How do I book a portrait or contact you for additional information?

To book a portrait or contact me you will need to go to my Contact/Inquiry page, fill out the information and submit the form to me. I will contact you as soon as possible once I receive your request.

***This portrait is a gift but I don't have any pictures of the pet I want to commission. Do you offer gift certificats instead?

Yes. I offer gift certificates in denominations of $50.00. (example: $50.00, $100.00 $150.00) towards the full commission of any of my portraits.

I also offer gift certificates in other denominations that may be used in the Gifts/Keepsakes page or the Greeting Cards page.

If you would like to order a gift certificate for a portrait, you must go to my Contact/Inquiry page to fill out and submit the request form. All other certificates are located on the Gift Certificates page where they can be added to your shopping cart.
If you are purchasing a Gift Certificate for a portrait,or one partially towards a portrait, I will respond with an accurate commission total of the requested gift certificate amount.

Once I have received your payment, I will mail you the gift certificate via insured priority mail. (Insured Shipping and Handling is not included with any of the gift certificates)
Each gift certificate is valid for only one year from the purchase date so please make sure your recipient is aware of this. It would be disheartening for them to miss out on a custom portrait if they forgot about the expiration date. Please do not lose these as there will be no replacements for lost certificates.

(Instructions for redemption will be provided to you with the delivery of the certificate.)

***How do I get my pet's photographs to you?

You may mail your photographs of your pet(s), (I recommend scanning these and mailing the duplicates in case of damage or loss in delivery as I will not be responsible for mailed photos) or you may download them and send them to me as attachments through your "order a portrait" form. You can find this attachments section on my "Contact/Inquiry" page.
Fill out the form, attach your photos and submit. It's that easy.

If you have mailed your photos to me, I will make sure that they are well taken care of while they are in my hands and I will return each and every photo along with your portrait.
Please be sure to mail them by "insured" carrier in the event of loss or damage.

***What if I don't have any good photos and need to take my own?

If you don't seem to have any quality photos needed in creating your portrait there is alot of information on how to take photos of pets on the internet. You may also see my
"Photography Information" page for useful advice on taking that perfect pet photo.

***What if my pet is deceased? Can you still do a portrait of my pet?

If you would like a portrait of your lost pet, I will need as many photographs that you have of your pet. It is very importrant to have alot of references to use as we obviously can not get any new ones.
I will be able to tell you if I can use your current photos or not. Although it is difficult to portray a pets features and personality with a poor photo, it is definitely not impossible as I have done several with very happy clients. I will let you know when I see your photo.
